All customer data (ID number, selfie, etc.) is captured, encrypted, and stored in a secure vault separate from your dispensary's systems. We ensure compliance with the principles of data minimization, secure storage, and clear consent required under POPIA, taking this critical liability away from the individual dispensary owner.
POS Integration?
We offer a flexible API (Application Programming Interface) designed to integrate seamlessly with most major cannabis POS and inventory management systems used in South Africa. The integration allows your POS to instantly verify the Digital ID at checkout and record the mandatory compliance check. For systems that cannot integrate via API, we also provide a secure, standalone Web Lookup Tool for instant verification.
